As you drive down the Golden Mile on the right hand side you may have seen Polo House. Its near Da Brunos.
Polo House is going to be a private members bar & club. Its owned by James Hewitt. You can read all about James Hewitt Here.
Opening Night is Thursday - this week I think.

How common and vulgar.
Know of some people that went. Said food was good. Prices not cheap but the alcohol is very expensive.
I saw the picture in Essential.
The dead squashed animal adorning the floor looks like they scraped it off the N340.

Newsletter looks very good. While reading it I have to tell you about Polo House, my sister was there for dinner with husband and friends. They said food was terrible and very expensive. Actually their friend from the UK said it is not eatable, and told the waiter so.
Well I havent heard any more good things about Polo House just yet and saw the advert the other day that they were looking for new head chef - not good news.

Maybe if he stuck his in flagrante photos with you know whom on the walls it would attract in the discerning punters.
Friends of mine went to opening night and reported that they had had a very nice evening..
Still they havE no axes to grind ..

I met some people the otehr day who went to the opening night. They said it was fantastic with Oysters & Champagne, absolutely brilliant time they had....but then their freinds went back and had a dreadful meal and it was very expensive. real mixed views
A small group of us went there beginning of July. Whilst the surroundings and staff were pleasant, the food was poor and vastly overpriced. Champagne and drink prices were outrageous...£10 for a small orange juice! And the co-owner strutting around like a peacock, was a bit off-putting...do you think someone should tell him he's not the man he used to be...ooops sorry!! We shant be rushing back. Novelli's this weekend!
