So first theres Estate Agents here in Marbella, then the market gets tough and they start selling property in Bulgaria & Morocco. Then that gets tough so some move on to Dubai or go back to the UK.
Now the latest thing here in Marbella is IP Phones......everyone seems to be doing IP Phones. So if someone suddenly contacts you and wants to take you out for a coffee...watch out they are probably going to explain to you how you can save loads of money and flog you this service.
Its unbeleivable here how everyone just does exactly the same thing, like the designer kids clothes shops, the dog accessory shops and then they all close down cause there just isnt enough people to keep it all going.
