So did the school run and went to Lidl Marbella this morning... Well wasnt I lucky as Thursday seemed to be "The Big Day" when all the offers came in.
It was packed. Foot Spas, Hair Dryers, Bath Robes, Towels, Bath Mats, Printers, Office Stuff, Pyjamas. What I find amazing was that 1 woman seemed to buy 1 of everything - did she really need all of the above - cause thats an amazing coincidence!
Anyway, Ive got it down to a fine art now - I used to be insuch a mess at the check out.
Now Ive learnt - leave water and huge stuff in the trolley. Take an Ikea bag and just shove everything in that ontop of all the big stuff.
I realised that even if they played a little music it would feel a lot better in there....its so dull and dumpy.

Hi Jo,
Try the Lidl near Elviria next to Mercadona on the N340. Light, bright and EMPTY! I know the Marbella one is nearer to you but if you are passing towards Elviria or coming back from Malaga pop in and try, it is such a different experience from the busy chaotic Marbella one.
