If you are looking for things in El Corte Ingles, like DVDs, CDs, Books etc then they have all been moved upstairs to the 2nd floor from Sotano 1.
I went there quickly today to get my mobile fixed and it looked really good. Lots of shop designers around photographing etc.
Also, reminder - I really recommend getting mobile phones from El Corte Ingles. My phone is under warranty until April and already had it fixed twice. They ordered a new microphone part about 2 weeks ago and Yes they called to say it was in and to bring my phone in.
