Hi Peter, If you can find Nagueles (the first exit through the tunnel from Puerto Banus to La Canada) to the left hand side the mountain side is Parque Nagueles...this is a large rough park area. At the top of that road a friend of mine often walks her dog up the mountain side a little. If you go to Istan - about 25 minutes up there are numerous walking and cycling routes all laid out on maps. Short to very long ones.

Ive been trying to find the website for the routes...but having trouble. Have found this though http://www.istan.es/pagina.asp?cod=226
