Hi Jo,

I love getting your updates, as it helps to remind me that us expats are all in the same boat one way or another.

We came to Marbella in Summer 2001, so have been through the highs andlows that Spain/Marbella has gone through over this last decade.

I havebeen in property and my partner in furniture. So not exactly themost profitable businesses at the moment.

But there is light at the end of the tunnel. Before we came to Spain I was a training manager for a very large and successful gastropub ukcompany, but thought I would never be able o use this extensive knowledgein Spain, wrong.

I am just about to start my new job as group training anddevelopment manager for Terra Sana, which is training the trainers to trainin store. How exciting!! I cant wait, to be working with such a successful company.

Please let me know if you would like ti hear more about how I get on,maybe a diary from the inside etc.
