1 positive...the sun is shining! Yes after 2 weeks in the UK...which I have to say wasnt as bad as I thought it was going to be...in fact I quite enjoyed most of it....the darkness is something pretty hard to get used to after living here for so long. We had 1 day, actually let me re phrase that, 1 short morning of 2 hours where there was a bit of blue sky and sun.
My 2011 has actually started of crap....whilst on holiday New Years Day I get a message saying tenants in holiday apartment had to move out due to flood of the apartment. Great news on January 1st.
I wouldnt mind so much but having literally spent all my time of November & December, getting new Air Con Units, handy men to fix all the bits and bobs that were broken, redo all the walls that were in bad condition. This was the very first let since doing all the work and the apartment really looked great again....now its all ruined again. It stinks, the walls are a mess and the ceiling is all stained and mould is growing like mad.
So my new year started with giving all the money back to the tenants...which they deserved back and cover the cost of all the electric, laundry and cleaning myself. Then on top of that... surprising I have lots of enquiries for January and February which I cannot fill due to the apartment in a bad condition.
Waiting for insurance company to call me to see it and for the icing on the cake....I feel lousy
I havent even been to the sales.....i must be ill.

Sales are crap anyway best to wait for spring. Things can only get better!! We have to book our thing!
