Ever since I was young, everytime I went out to a bar, pub or nightclub, I always had to make sure I had tissues. I would suddenly become really allergenic with blocked nose, watery eyes, and coughing. I just accepted it...maybe the smoke or something.
But 20 years later...Im still getting it. A few months back I met some friends at the Chinese....I became really allergenic, nose blocked, coughing etc etc. I came home and husband said...what have you eaten or drunk. Said Cava. Having looked on the internet...Cava contains huge amount of Histamine...explains it,.
But last night I popped out for a pizza with a friend and exactly the same happened. There was no smoking, it wasnt hot in there and by the time I came home I burst through the door shouting to my husband...get me the Zyrtec.
It was really really bad last night, with coughing & wheezing. Finally settled down after taking the anthistimine.
What could I be allergic to?
