UPDATE: This job has now been filled. I have been told that the employer had about 25 enquires, 10 interveiws. It was a very difficult selection as there are some really good people out there. I would have no hesitation in recommending some of the applicants that I interviewed.

Main duties...
Taking telephone orders and also solving customer issues and queries via telephone and email.
You will need...
To have English as your mother tongue and a good command of written english. To be computer literate and ideally have some experience of customer services. You will need a good telephone manner, be well organised and able to deal calmly with people who need assistance.

Monday - Friday 10am - 3pm
