Which school is the best in Marbella?

Finally this week my daughter started back at school.  I say finally but actually I felt rather lost without her after spending practically everyday together.  Before too long she will be wanting to be out with her friends hanging around, so I try and treasure every moment I possibly can.

So, back to school and what a buzz was in the playground.  Ive never seen kids so happy to be back to school...they are obviously doing something right.

September is a funny time as you never know who is going to be there and who has left.  Some people are pretty open that they are leaving...others...well they dont like to say for whatever reason....and living in Marbella...there are other reasons people leave quietly...very quietly!

Theres been alot of movement with a couple of kids leaving, but new ones to replace, so there are people moving here to Marbella.  Some kids have left to go back to the UK or home country whilst others have left to go to either Spanish State Schools or the other International Schools.

So which school is the best?  You know what....I dont know.  There are kids that have left EIC which was said to be the best for UK Education to go to Swans.  There are kids that have left Swans this year to go to Mayfair, Aloha or EIC.  Kids from Laude moved to Swans.

Schools are a  really personal choice and for me, whilst my daughters happy, Im happy.  Yes I still have a moan, I think there is a major lack of communication and it does feel its money money money.  Its a business at the end of the day.

But every school has its positives and negatives and everyone has a moan and unhappy at some point.

If you are choosing a school, go see them, hang around in the morning and in the afternoon, see if you like the atmosphere.Check exam results and most important how do you feel when you walk in that school!
